Terms of use
Last updated: 27 October 2026
1. Who we are
VibeGrind is operated by Dominik Reuter – VibeGrind, Zaystrasse 21, 6410 Goldau, Switzerland (“we”). These terms apply to your use of the VibeGrind website and app at https://vibegrind.app.
2. The service
VibeGrind helps you create structured cycling workouts by describing them in plain language, shows them as charts, and exports them as files for Zwift and Garmin. If you connect Garmin, it estimates your daily readiness from your Garmin data and can suggest workouts that fit it.
VibeGrind is currently a free beta, available by invitation only. Features may change, be limited (for example a daily number of chat messages) or be discontinued. We plan to offer paid plans later; we'll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.
3. Your account
- You need an invite code to create an account. Accounts are personal; don't share your login.
- Keep your password safe and tell us if you think your account has been misused.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
4. Health and safety
VibeGrind is not a medical service. Workouts, readiness scores and suggestions are generated automatically, partly by artificial intelligence, and can be wrong or unsuitable for you. The readiness score is our own estimate, not a medical assessment and not Garmin's own metric.
- Check every workout before you ride it, and adapt it to how you feel.
- Talk to a doctor before starting or intensifying training, especially if you have health conditions, and stop if you feel unwell.
- You are responsible for training safely, including on the road.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break its security, overload it, access other people's data, or use the chat for purposes unrelated to training. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Your content
The workouts and messages you create remain yours. You allow us to store and process them only as needed to provide the service (see the privacy policy). Workout files you download are yours to use for your own training.
7. Third-party services
Connecting Garmin, or using exported files with Zwift or Garmin, also falls under those companies' terms. We aren't responsible for their services. Garmin and Zwift are trademarks of their owners; VibeGrind isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Liability
We're liable for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for slight negligence, for damage caused by auxiliary persons, or for indirect or consequential damage. Mandatory liability, for example under the Swiss Product Liability Act, remains unaffected.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when we add features or introduce paid plans. We'll tell you about changes in good time. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and delete your account.
10. Applicable law
Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Schwyz, Switzerland. If you're a consumer, any mandatory consumer protection rules and places of jurisdiction of your country of residence still apply.
